In the sri when i give it the boot like when over taking or wat the engine management light comes on for a few seconds then off again? Is this anything to worry about?
do the paper clip test on it that willl flash out the ecu fault codes. might point you in the right dirrection to what the fault is instead of a geussing game and it will save you money not having to take it to vauxhall
I changed the alternator on sat as it gave up.had to change the battery light bulb in the dash too.Now the engine management light comes on after about 5 mins drivin!!
paper clip test you need to see if your car has the 10 pin diagostic socket or the 16 pin near sure its the 10 pin both left pin you bridge them out then your ecu light will start to flash.there is a web site on top buzz i think telling you wat the fult codes are only take 5 mins to do
